Proscuitto Wrapped Avocado
An entry that will delight you!
- 4 “Don Aguacato” Avocados peeled and boneless.
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
- 100 gr of goat cheese.
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder.
- 200gr slices of prosciutto.
Cut the avocado into slices, then place them into a bow, add lemon juice and let it stand a few minutes.
Place ¼ teaspoon of goat cheese in the center of each slice, then sprinkle with salt, pepper and chili powder.
Wrap each slice of avocado with 1/3 slice of prosciutto until the goat cheese is fully covered. Leave the tips of the avocado uncovered so it is possible to appreciate its color. You can add as much more chili powder as you like, then serve on a platter.
