True Guacamole
Guacamole is one of the best known recipes around the world. It can be eaten with toasts, chips, crackers, pita bread; or as company to various dishes such as beef, chicken and fish.
Did you know? The word guacamole comes from the Nahuatl word “ahuacamolli” which literally translates to “avocado sauce”.
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 “Don Aguacato” organic avocados.
- ½ onion finely chopped.
- 1 or 2 serrano hot-peppers finely chopped.
- 3 branches of chopped cilantro.
- Lemon juice from a half lemon (optional).
- Salt to taste.
PREPARATION MODE:
Cut the avocados in half and remove the bones. Remove the pulp into a bowl using a spoon. Add the rest of the ingredients, mix perfectly until smooth and finish by rectifying the salt. Serve however you like it better!
