Passion Fruit

Delicious fruit rich in vitamin C, minerals and carbohydrates. One of its varieties is the “purple passion fruit”. When the fruit ripens, it has a smooth and rough peel. Its pulp is gelatinous, viscous, yellow and has a slightly sour flavor; very aromatic. It has some medicinal properties with its pulp working as a natural sedative.

Excellent to accompany salads, as well as prepare ice cream and juices.
